1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Account Holder", "User") and kou9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the kou9 website at https://kou9.io, creating a kou9 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature or service offered by kou9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the kou9 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

kou9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the kou9 platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the kou9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstance. kou9 will request proof of age documentation at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, kou9 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, cancel all bonuses, and return any verifiable deposits made by that individual to the original payment method where technically possible.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

kou9 is an international gaming platform that accepts players from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the kou9 platform is lawful in their specific location. kou9 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the platform in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered kou9 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where kou9 identifies duplicate accounts, all related accounts will be closed, all balances will be forfeited, and all bonus winnings will be cancelled. Players who inadvertently register a second account must notify support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. kou9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — to verify registration information at any time.

3 Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kou9 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any action taken using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified kou9 of suspected unauthorised access. kou9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to secure your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

kou9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international gaming platform standards. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before making their first withdrawal, before a withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold, or at any time kou9 deems appropriate for security or compliance purposes. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their kou9 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the Player's verified payment method. kou9 reserves the right to retain account records for a minimum period following closure as required by applicable international data retention standards. If the account closure request is related to a gambling problem, kou9's responsible gaming team will assist with the self-exclusion process as described in Section 9.

3.4 Account Suspension by kou9

kou9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) use of automated betting software; (d) collusion with other players or with third parties; (e) identity fraud; (f) money laundering or related financial crime; or (g) any conduct that kou9 determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its partners. During a suspension, the affected Player's access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kou9 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT TRC-20. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. Players are responsible for ensuring they use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party payment — depositing on behalf of another person or receiving withdrawals into an account not in your name — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the kou9 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. USDT TRC-20 deposits are credited following one blockchain confirmation, typically within 2–3 minutes. kou9 does not charge deposit fees, though payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. It is the Player's responsibility to account for any such fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.2. kou9 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. kou9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or high-value. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided by the Player at the time of the withdrawal request. Players are solely responsible for providing an accurate and valid TRC-20 wallet address. kou9 cannot reverse or recover funds sent to an incorrect wallet address. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of request confirmation during standard operating hours. Blockchain network congestion may extend this timeframe.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, kou9 requires that all withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. kou9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it considers unusual and to delay or decline any withdrawal pending the outcome of such a review. kou9 may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities consistent with applicable legal obligations.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by kou9 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible games, minimum odds requirements for sports bonuses, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any bonus before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, and specific high-RTP slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the bonus terms applicable to each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension: (a) registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in bonus systems; (c) placing bets designed to cancel each other out ("hedging") using bonus funds; (d) coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonus terms; and (e) using bonus funds to place bets that do not represent genuine gaming activity as reasonably determined by kou9. kou9's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

kou9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, kou9 will honour the terms as they existed at the time of opt-in. kou9 also reserves the right to refuse participation in any promotion to any Player at its reasonable discretion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kou9 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules of that specific game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing real-money bets.

Random number generator (RNG) outcomes in slots and RNG table games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers via video stream. kou9 does not influence or alter game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or display error — any bets affected by that malfunction may be voided at kou9's discretion. kou9 will not be liable for any loss arising from game malfunctions that are attributable to third-party game providers or network conditions beyond kou9's control.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), boxing, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to acceptance by kou9 at its sole discretion. kou9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time before settlement. Bets are not confirmed until the Player receives a bet confirmation reference number from the kou9 platform.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. kou9 will not honour odds that were displayed due to a clear technical error, and any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided. Players who suspect they have placed a bet at an erroneously displayed price should contact support immediately.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Live markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments of a match (e.g., between deliveries in cricket, during a count in boxing). kou9 is not responsible for delays in market availability caused by broadcast latency, data feed issues, or third-party data providers.

7.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO for boxing). kou9 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. Where a result is later changed by the governing body (e.g., due to disqualification), kou9 will re-settle bets accordingly. Match abandonment, postponement, and cancellation rules are specific to each sport and are available in the kou9 platform's sports rules section.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kou9 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kou9 platform or any of its games;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kou9 staff, agents, or other players via the support or chat systems.

kou9 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, recovery of any amounts paid out in error, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kou9 platform — including but not limited to the kou9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kou9 or its licensed game and content partners. No part of the kou9 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of kou9.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kou9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership interest in any kou9 intellectual property to the Player and is revocable at kou9's discretion.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kou9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your access to or use of the kou9 platform; (b) any interruption or cessation of the platform's services; (c) any game malfunction, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account; (d) any reliance you place on information or content displayed on the platform; or (e) any errors in odds, game results, or payment processing caused by third-party providers.

kou9 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties is not permitted by law, kou9's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that jurisdiction's law.

In no event shall kou9's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kou9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — kou9 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the affected account or via a prominent platform-wide notice. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause) may be made without prior notice.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of a dispute shall govern that dispute. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this document and at the top of the hero section of this page. Players who do not accept an amendment to the Terms must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kou9 is incorporated as an international gaming operator. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with kou9 by contacting [email protected] and providing a clear description of the issue. kou9 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
